If you don't care about the box and just want the shirt and protruding EVA piece, then shipping is $30 w/tracking.
Shirt size is a Fruit of the Loom size L. If your chest size is 42-44 then you're good.
If you're looking for anything else from Japan, I can get it and put it in the same box to save on shipping (don't bother asking if I can find something you saw on Amiami for cheaper. Their prices are low enough).
