>>6820771The peg that connects the lower leg to the knee is connected to the rest of the leg by a flimsy bit of plastic. The peg itself is too thick for the hole in the knee part. Where you see a stress mark is where the peg bent back when I tried pushing the peg into the hole without having first shaved or filed the peg down a bit. The stress of trying to bend the knee was too much for the already weakened plastic and it nearly sheered right off. I’ve tried reinforcing it with plastic cement but that’s no use. If I want a functional knee I’ll have to do some heavy modification.
Just shaving or filing the peg down a bit before assembling the leg should prevent the problem.
