I own both of those Frozen JC Penney doll sets, and the current JC Penny versions DO NOT have any printed on details on the coronation dress. If you notice even the lower half of her original classic dress is missing the flower pattern in my image. The Frozen Fever vest is also missing it's flower print on the front and the back!
I don't know how old those images you posted are, but JC Penny is currently saving money by reducing or just flat out not printing any details onto their doll cloths.
