>>10581331They will probably do him eventually, but they would basically need to make an entirely new figure to make pic related if they wanted it to look halfway decent. You could re-use base Goku's head and make some new faceplates, but most of the body would need to be a new sculpt. Also, Goku rarely wears the gi without the undershirt and isn't often barefoot, so it isn't like they could shamelessly milk that form that can with his 'normal' look.
To your point though, we do really need both a Goku and Vegeta that reflect how they looked during the Saiyan saga. (I'd probably prefer a Vegeta due to how bad the original release looks.)
