I mean, all sculpts are going to be at least a little stylized, cause that's just how art styles be, but I think Deku is pretty darn close. He's a little chonkier, sure, but it's not by much, and a little chonk is sort of Yamaguchi's thing. The slight difference in thiccness is damn near unnoticeable when he's in action poses.
