Unless your model is +1/48 (and even then it's argurable) there's no way that texture would show in any way my brainlet modeler in 1/350 or 1/700. At best you could play with an ultra matt finish to give that feel of not a so smooth surface compared to the satin finish of others but such subtley might be a pointless endevour.
