The blue is a greasy happy meal blue compared to the more subtle matte on the original. Some people love doll capes and the giant ugly seams but the sculpted cape looks a million times better. The new face paint is also cruder, thicker.
The reprint in the Atomic Skull pack is closer to the newer reprint. Always check for the color of the blue on ebay, a lot of fuckers are selling the Skull version with the greasy blue as an original.
If he jumps in value I'll keep him mint but right now he's kind of floundering so I'll wait and see if Todd releases movie Zod and Ursa then buy a printed Reeve head sculpt.
