not entirely historically innaccurate to the real aircraft as I've seen photos with the wings folded showing both the tip in place and folded inward. The internals are super simplified on the wing tip, but the Eduard PE set I got for the cockpit had some flat blockoff plates for the main wing fold internals that makes it look much better
all in all I would definitely recommend this kit despite these things
