Maybe in Europe its considered a sumptuous brand, but over in the US, quality toys can be made complexly in great quality because of the massive market. Hence McFarlanes' legos having a tighter fit and harder plastic than LEGOshit, and still being as durable and containing a really fancy paint job as well.

Even then, MegaBloks still uses a lot of giant pieces which only work for one purpose and the bricks are still rubbery shit, except for a few non-licensed sets... which still have that super cheap high gloss plastic look.
