Also no, it's not because of women hating boobs or w/e - these games and figures and everything related are still made by mostly (if not entirely) men, with the main audience also being men - it's to make her more realistic and believable. A super thin, athletic woman with no hips would not have giant boobs unless they're fake, because that's not how bodies work. Her og design looked like a ridiculous blowup doll.
