It's slightly tight pulling them out far enough to have the tab on the outside of his chest, but he's like this in all promotional photos I've seen so it's definitely intentional. I looked at a few reviews of this set as well to see if anyone caught on to this, but most people don't realize it's there and complain about how limited his shoulders are.
This guy's transformation is just full of tricks.
