One of the differences is that in Samurai Jack, there’s actually a lot more slicing, stabbing, and smashing. While in MNOG, they would usually only slice or smash inanimate objects, everything else usually received some kind of smack/bonk or an elemental attack used.
The scene in MNOG that’s the most like Samurai Jack fights would be when Gali fights the Tarakava or when the Toa Mata face off against Makuta.
