Yeah, it's basic for SIMPLE golden age style costumes, but they had soft shading and everything was painted as it should be, unlike most MLs and McFarlane figures. Little details most people would miss are painted in, like the lips (and doesn't even look like lipstick on males). Eyeliner around the masks to make their eyes more striking. Little details that make them look less like a shiny plastic children's toy, including a matte spray, but that could be the better plastic.
