What do you do when your biggest modelling passion is with 1/350 and 1/700 ships but they cost a lot of money and you could do a bunch of 1/35 to 1/72 scale tanks and planes for far cheaper and you wouldn't go autistic about the lack of photo etch unless it's absolutely needed but then they don't satisfy you fully and looking at built ships always makes you sad and make you wish you could build one but then you know they cost a lot of money and you're bad at them anyway?
Do you buy things which you know will satisfy you but nowhere near as much as something that's more expensive?
