I've been giving mine the Needlers I got from the Blue Drop Pod Elites.

The issue is they will ALWAYS ONLY HAVE A PLASMA PISTOL!
Pistols and Needlers just feel cheap; They're SIDEARMS!
At least give us a Grenade or another Sidearm to DUEL WIELD!
Especially with the Grunts, who are less articulated of figures.
