A dremel tool has nothing to do with precision, it makes huge gouging and grinding actions even with the smallest bits (and I have the point sized tip), also the cutting wheels are at least 2mm thick and at high RPM the cuts will be even bigger.
Get one of these for doing actual precision cuts and a set of precision nail files + 400 grit sand paper if you want to do nice clean work.
