It's not supposed to be sold on it's own, the pack and the Kimeramon card are supposed to be participation prizes for store events, the Aeroveedramon card for the winners of said event. If it's not safe to run events due to the pandemic, they are supposed to be used as purchase incentives when a player buys the amount of product equal to the value of your standard entry fee, again, not sold separately.
