DorksideToys financial troubles? Going out of business? Be Careful

Lots of weird things going on with Dorkside Toys lately.
-Issues fulfilling my last couple recent orders within the last 3 months
-Customer service is a pain in the ass to get a hold of to resolve issues more now than ever
-They have failed to put the most recently revealed waves of Marvel Legends, Star Wars, etc up for pre-order. On Fwoosh, someone claims they asked and Dorkside responded saying they were "no longer taking pre-orders" whatever that means.
-They said they are unable to give refunds via Paypal now, and I see on other sites that people are claiming Paypal ceased doing business with them even though Dorkside is claiming they "are no longer doing business with Paypal". Now they are only able to offer store credit or mail a PAPER CHECK. This is crazy.
-I'd be VERY cautious ordering anything from Dorkside Toys now. This seems like it's the beginning of major financial troubles for them. This smells like a Megalopolis Toys debacle all over again.
