Heck, maybe at any reasonable toy scale. It looks good and seems to be able to strike action poses along with the figure, so I'm cool with it in this case.
I really don't know why people hate dual swivel hips. It makes sense when you want to preserve a certain sculpt around the crotch, and it gives you pretty much all the range of motion you could want out of a hip joint. It's maybe a smidge harder to manipulate than a true balljoint, but not by much, and it really doesn't deserve as much hate as it gets. It's a good hip joint system.
