But if you see it as a small diorama or a decorative movie character head it can be ok.
Other guess is that you get a special character that is hidden in a big more expensive set?
But i think these small bucks head never sold that well. Otherwise why would Galoob pack them in 3-packs or here

I think what they tried with the Dread Heads/Scalps was a good idea. To really make them accessoires you can clip on something. But in my eyes they were bad in that way that they were just boxes with a Max.
