So for now basically all Fate characters are perfectly scaled with each others. The exact scale is 1:11.5 btw.
Only Lancelot's about 4mm bigger than he shoud be. But it's understandible because he's made by Sentinel.
Another interesting thing is that Jack is perfectly scaled with others. So future Prisma Illya should be at least exactly the same height as Jack. Which is unlikely.
