That being said, i also realize how lego works and what an anniversary set is. Its not the return of a theme or anything else like a millenium falcon sized set. It'll likely be a small disapointing set. I don't think lego even wants bionicle minifigs (because if they did they would've done it) so believing they are gonna go all out is annoying.
Also the likelihood bionicle will win is zero, because once you get to the three set phase all the votes will go to the remaining lego themes. Its possible they'll make a set anyway to celebrate it winning round 1, but in that case it would be even smaller. (I know there are bionicle marhi and inika minifigs nothing modern has come out).
Constraction is not going to come back because 100 shitposters on 4 chan and ttv want it too. In order for bionicle too come back it has to be as popular as something like creator or ninjago is.
So what are you looking at? Maybe a tahu mini-figure on a small diorama with big ugly rock pieces in the back? For as much hype bionicle has caused, theres really not any notable moments other than mask of light shit. The general public doesn't know who vakama or matoro is. The only new thing will be a printed tahu minifig with no new molds.
If youre lucky you might get ta-koro mask of light reveal with takua, tahu, and jaller.
Anything beyond that is impossible.
