I've had two different buyers leave me negative feedback due to shipments not arriving. They both opted for unregistered shipping.
I guess it's not much one can do? I have just over 50 positive feedbacks, maybe the few negatives ones doesn't matter?
Now what really pissed me of is that one of the buyers left a negative feedback and wrote something like "didn't receive items, seller not responding" and he hasn't messaged me on bricklink nor by e-mail.
