The horns on Malephar & Belphegorr; and fire hair on Arethyr can be ripped off, but they aren't meant to be, and you'll just have an ugly hole in their head.
The paint detailing on Belphegorr, Helphyre goblin, and Hadriana are much more impressive in hand.
