The only kinds of plush human dolls be done somewhat well are Disney, anime ones, and oddly enough quite a few wholesale ones from China. Otherwise they always have some issue. They often have unsoft hair which makes them bad for petting, bad skin texture, weird faces etc. What would your ideal high quality plush look and feel like?
