It's just that I think remoulds back then were a way to stretch budget a bit, and now they're a way to hack budget off at the fucking knees. Like I'd totally be down with seeing new characters from existing moulds, but Generations more or less means we'll only get existing characters over and over, with the less recognizable ones inevitably being stuck as repaints/remoulds.
>>9579756For me it's the new SS Soundwave. Especially since they have the fake chest piece on the alt-mode for seemingly no reason other than to make it look like it transformed differently. Ironic because I think WfC Optimus has one of the best alt modes of all time, just because it's a purposefully designed cybertronian mode, and not an afterthought.
