Super Buu had a ton of people posting pictures, but Gogeta had jack and shit, the new Goku Blue hasn't had a lot, and even the new Vegeta didn't had a ton of people posting pictures with it. They also didn't have a tons of people loudly declaring that they wouldn't be purchasing it. 21 is more popular than the threads leading up to its release would have lead you to believe. It's really that simple.
