I think eBay is probably your best resource, especially if you're looking to buy just pieces at a time. I've made a lot of good buys there. Wait for coupons every few weeks or so and get a whole figure or a lot of accessories.
I've also made some purchases from Legendshobbies and Monkeydepot, who both sell whole figures and also individual parts.
