>>10678662Finally here is the body stacked up with the other hon bodies and an assortment of figma swimsuits that have been released. Again, the biggest difference in this body-type's release over previous ones is the longer legs - making the previously released bodies look quite short now.
This figure can be headswapped with figmas, but not right out of the box. A single one sided dumbell is wedged into the neck hole of the figure. The other end is flat and can be pulled out, but it is VERY tightly jammed in there. It was jammed tight enough to bend my fingernails trying to get it out, but I was able to work it out eventually with some wigglging (perhaps pliers or the hot water method would've been better). The resulting neck-hole allows for Figma heads to be used, though they might fit a little loosely. I swear it seems like the dumbell was made to be hard to take out on purpose. (Though while I'm writing this, it seems like the AC shrunk the hole enough that it isn't even too loose now, lol). Conversely, if you wanted to use a Manatee Industry head (such as Arina or Youya) on a regular figma, you would need to jam that dumbbell head peg into the neck-hole of the figma recipient.
So all in all not bad. I look forward to see Manatee Industry come out with another new body type in the future. Perhaps it's going to be the one that seems to be based off of swimsuit Sonico?
