I knew 100% it wasnt a realistic thing, I did it completely for looks (and fun) but gunpla are pretty far from realistic in the first place. (rocket launcher weapons wouldnt work at all in space like they do in gundam anyway would they?) Now I want to know what the rainbowed effect is actually called, It was named a huge amount of different things when I was googling for reference pics.
I'm still not sure if i'm going to keep it, in the mean time i just did boring jobs like disasembling & priming the inner frame (even though i'm not sure if i'll paint the frame yet). The rocket launcher looks cool in dynamic action poses but looks kinda weird when mounted to the zaku's back. I'm trying to decide what colour to paint the zaku, i'm either going with the RG real type green/brown or the same colours as the Chars counterattack Hobby Hizack. Any ideas?
