Eyebrows are arguably harder than eyelashes because you have to build shape and symmetry, where eyelashes you can really get away with different shapes.
Here's Xanthis tutorial on eyebrows, definitely give it a watch. But that said, if you aren't super confident with acrylic paints, I recommend watercolour paints. They're very easy to thin out with tap or distilled water depending on where you live, and they can be wiped off with water when you inevitably make mistakes so they’re good for people still trynna find their groove. Find an eyebrow shape you like in a photo, build the shape with pastels, then add hairs one at a time, and remember eyebrows are sisters, not twins.
If you struggle to get the pastel shape symmetrical, you can get some painters tape. Fold the tape in half, sticky sides together, use a craft knife to cut out the brow shape thru both layers of tape. Then when you peel the two sides apart, you can pop it on the dolls head and fill in the holes. Not always perfect and can risk chipping sealant if the tape is too strong, but definitely something worth knowing.

Take your pick. Some of the MNF sculpts are kind of odd because theyre trying new things that dont necessarily work out, but sometimes they're like doritos without salsa. Pretty good, could be better.
