The baby blue tiles could be used for suds in a bathtub. The trans yellow minifig heads are usually used for lamps so that might be nice to goof around with. The lavender leaves and hearts could be used to make a fantasy "love" tree, I dunno. Th stars and clouds for a sunset/twilight backdrop. I use the clear headlight bricks in combination with pic related to make mounting points and angles for armatures in order to make things float or fly. I think if you break out of your typical MOC motifs you can find a neat use for everything you've got. I'm sure your GF will like seeing you get creative even if it's not necessarily your favorite thing in the world. You might even surprise yourself.
