Just got mine in. Paint seems spot on, no better or worse than I've seen on any Revoltech or Figma. Especially recently.
He feels fairly weighty although I suspect that is more his skates and his longer legs throwing more weight that direction.
Joints - Fine, Right knee seems a tiny bit looser than the left, but I can hold him horizontal and his leg doesn't bend on his own so that's fine to me. Some may want to try and tighten it but I've had figuarts out of the box with looser joints.
Wrist joints are his biggest weak point, they do slightly part when turning and can come apart when removing his hand, it goes back together normally without any problem but I will look at how feasible it will be to replace with some Figma wrist joints as his gloves hide the joint so I won't have to deal with colour matching. His left shoulder appears to look like it parts a tiny bit when turning, I imagine just been a bit gentle will avoid any issues though. Not ideal but I can survive.
Overall, I'm happy with him as I've had worse figures out of the box. I'd have to say he is overpriced for what he comes with and the few QC errors regarding joints.
The stand is utter bollocks, the arm is probably the thinnest one I have encountered and I'd not trust it to support him in any in the air poses, thankfully he stands great on his own skates. Do wish it came with some graffitti stickers or something but I'll just get my own down the line.
I'd happily buy a Gum if they did release her.
