Deadpool is one of the great Toy Biz ML figures, but as you'd expect he highlights some issues that Toy Biz MLs had in general. His proportions are weird, his shoulders too outset, and he has some ugly articulation like his ball hips, his wrist cuts and boot cuts. But he still mostly articulates better than the Hasbro figures so there's your trade off. The image you posted of it is a bootleg though.
Otherwise the recent 90s one is very good. Really like the head sculpt on him but he also has proportion issues. I really like the Sunfire body and especially how smoothly it articulates, it just feels high quality for these figures. But the chest is narrow, the shoulder are set low and I'm not too crazy about the legs or feet.
The imports all look OK to me but I have no real opinion on them.
