Welp, just got off the phone with Lego after checking the status on my blonde hippie hair that was supposed to ship out about this time.
Order status was "canceled". Apparently the part is now out of stock and they ain't making more. Interestingly, they ARE making more of the classic brown hippie hair (far left) because while they don't have any in stock right now, they're scheduled to produce some in a month. So I won't be getting my replacement green headband but on the plus side I'll at least get a free longhair. I wonder if the new batch is just going straight in BaM bins or if they're actually putting out a new minifig with the same hair and headband combo as the original CMF hippie dude.
