The Miru always seemed like an incomplete mask to me, power-wise. With a few exceptions, the Mask of Levitation was protrayed as simply levitating its user, too slow IMO to be practical in combat.
In comparison, it's clear that the Kadin -- while harder to master -- is more versatile, and probably equal to the flight capabilities Lewa has when the Wind is by his side.
