A lot of female figures have come with the standard sized weapons that came with the males (Retro card Baroness came with the same two large rifles that came with the Target Cobra Trooper, etc.).
Though, there are some silly looking things, like how the Steel Brigade female trooper has the same vest as the male trooper, just scaled down, so the grenades look tiny compared to the male trooper's.
