Luckily, it wasn't the singing hand, so I pulled off her arm like you would a MH dolls arm, and grabbed a nude non-singing Cinderella doll that was next to her and switched their arms. They both have the same skin tone so you would never know she had an operation. I put her in these old Mattel comfy Aurora nightgown, and pink slippers.
