They created dozens of various molds but something like this would make cars building so easy. And not just for us, it would work for kids too. By adding each segment they could make a 2 door, a 4 door, or even a very long limo.
It's a 4x6 base with 5x3 interior. Enough to get 2 minifigs and some dashboard details.
