>>7284551>>7298523Good luck with your projects, I appreciate the inspiration. I bought myself a hot glue gun to experiment. I tried a few things and thought I would share the result. I tried copying a couple of shields, first by using the putty idea and filling it in with glue. I found it too "globby" as trying to fill in the surface quickly before the putty reset didn't work well for me. I then took the opposite tactic, and slathered a WWE shield with baby oil, then covered it with hot glue, let it rest a bit, filled in gaps. The shield came out fine. I used some 2 part putty to then make the shield, which didn't come out 100% as there was some residue left in the hot glue mold. Other than the "rough" texture, it worked pretty well, and I took a stab at painting it.
