Same with Samaad. He and Malum had decent and even more lively in-canon stories that fleshed out a more mature tone for Bionicle: all of this only ended up being cut short in their impact on the series because there couldn't be another year as the Bionicle toy line ended less than a year later with the 2010 Stars sets.
If anyone has to be pitied with being minor roles despite having interesting designs is Vastus since that guy was released for the later 2009 line and couldn't be bothered to be given a better representation in story.
