For one, the truck bed in vehicle mode fits together a lot better. On the other two versions I have a lot of difficulty getting the calf panels to click into place and getting the side "tanks" to tab onto the cab, but on Black Jinrai it's much better.
His hip ball joints, which I found slightly loose on Jinrai and Magnus, are much tighter and aren't gonna need a pass of future shine.
And it's a somewhat minor thing, but the arms lock into place much more securely on their own in vehicle mode, which makes it easier to open up the doors for combined mode to get the head out without having the arms come all apart.
