I sent them my Ludens (and in the end, they wanted me to send the least possible stuff, to avoid ruining the box etc) on Thursday morning. I got this email on Friday evening, and received it back today, on Saturday early afternoon.
They were really quick at fixing the problem, of course, it's probably mostly because I live in Japan, but I didn't expect to get it back within two days from shipment.
To the email. I was pretty disappointed, because the helmet part was the most QC heavy issue, but I didn't feel like arguing at that point, and I thought that I might be able to unglue and glue it back myself.
Then, to the surprise: I open it, and they sent me a fucking new figure.
No helmet problem, the cables on the arms look perfect, other imperfections it had here and there are gone.
To be honest, the face still isn't as good as others I've seen, but again, the face was honestly the thing the bothered me the least.
I'm very happy about how they decided to fix my problem, even if everything happened in a very weird way.
This is the second time I get a replacement from them, and both times they were very nice and fast.
With all the shit they always get, I feel the need to say, thanks GSC.
