they don't release foreign versions of toys any more to save money instead of paying a european company for distributing the figures, so instead, they cram every single legalese required for a worldwide release in every language imaginable on the side of the box.
That folded up piece of paper in the box you throw away has even more legal stuff. We used to get cool cardbacks with actual good art and cross-sells on the back. "cut this out for and collect 5 for a mail-away figure". now, its just "dont choke on these extra hands" in 15 languages
