Mandy goes out of their way to note issues on a figure but something like that must've slipped through and at the very best they will just offer you a small shipping discount. A lot of stuff is 2nd hand to brand new and you never know what can fall through the cracks. I've only seen one case where a storefront really bothered to help and that was due to them sending the wrong version of a figure and offering a full refund.
