I only really recognize the skeletal troll on the far left in front of the skelephant, which is currently available from RAFM.
The others are probably mostly grenadier and ral partha miniatures, though I only say that because they all look pretty chunky and oldschool. Pretty much every mini company makes skeleton minis, so they might be hard to hunt down. You could ask /awg/ on /tg/, they'd be able to help with a lot of them I'm sure!
