These are the only ones I've found so far that were considered good for functional use, but I don't know how they compare against each other.

I'm mostly interested in using these to print joints. If not printing, then some strong epoxy resin for casting would be nice too. Something other than the usual resin wood filling, I already have enough of those
I currently only have Abs-like Elegoo Gray and Elegoo Beige on hand for printing, and some rando Amazon wood filling resin for casting.
I'm also looking for flexible resin, either printing or casting, for accessories. Have my eyes on Flex-it 90 at the moment for casting.
