>>8274419I was born in 2000 and actually only ever played with the '06 stuff onward as a kid, and I really liked hero factory, it wasn't until I got my own income that I started truly getting into bionicle, my first one was pic related, I still have my original one from childhood and his axe still lights up, I also had a toa whenua but assumed he was part of the same era, i would play with him as a bad guy. I also unironically loved the bionicle heroes gamecube game as a kid.
And to elaborate, I check various selling outlets regularly to see if people are getting rid of big lots of bonks, like a huge tub of parts for 50 bucks and such, the mctoran huki was pieced together from various lots, like a foot in one, a torso and arm in another, and an extra kakama, so I like how he turned out, even if his mask is not the correct color
