I believe the companies are indeed separate, Fury Toys appeared first, then Maestro Union with Furay Planet came out shortly after with Crocker.
But otherwise yes, two anthro lines. Seems like a lot of Chinese manufacturers have gotten into anthro characters recently, with these, the dinosaurs,
Also just happened to notice this from Maestro Union's FB page, where Luna is the granddaughter of this other bunny, Nameless, apparently to be released in a single set. Assuming Fury Toys is releasing Luna, then clearly that's not happening. Probably is a case like that one manufacturer that's making orcs, though the designers are clearly the ones from Storm. Perhaps because Fury Toys is clearly doing TMNT homages, while Furay Planet is more specifically their own world just with anthro characters.
