My idea for a theme would be something like the Secret Saturdays (which had a lot of obscure ones like the Fiskerton Phantom), where it's a global organization that focuses on protecting peaceful cryptids while securing the dangerous ones. Heavy focus on the tech/superspy aspect of it, like a Agents meets Hidden Side. Picking cryptids from around the world would be cool and probably tick a diversity box or two, as long as they stay away from ones with cultural/religious significance. Which for the record, I don't think would even be offensive at all, but this is risk-averse nulego we're talking about.
